APPLICATION FORM AND PARTICIATION FEES
APPLY VIA APPLICATION FORM BY SEPTEMBER 15, 2026:
Participation Fees
Individual applicants:
– 400 EUR [early application - submitted within the first three days following the opening of the call – before August 22, 2026]
– 500 EUR [students]
– 600 EUR [standard application]
– 700 EUR [payment plan in 2 installments]
Research group application:
– 400 EUR per research group member
Auditors:
– 150 EUR
Administrative Fee
A one-time administrative fee of 20 EUR applies to all accepted candidates and is charged in addition to the participation fee. For candidates choosing payment in instalments, the administrative fee is paid together with the first instalment.

No payment is required when submitting an application.
Participation fees apply only to candidates formally accepted into the program.
Upon acceptance, participation constitutes a confirmed commitment to the program. The applicable participation fee, including any agreed instalment plan, becomes due according to the payment schedule communicated with the acceptance confirmation.
