RESIDENCY PROGRAM FOR ARTISTIC RESEARCH IN MUSIC

[July 2026 - June 2027]

 

In collaboration with Tempo: The Quarterly Review of New Music

 

 

Application:

- Open to researchers and practitioners in music, at any stage of their academic or artistic development. No specific subfield or specialization is required.

- Researchers active in other artistic disciplines are also welcome to apply if their practice engages with or is enriched by the residency’s focus. 

 

 

Application Fee: free

Participation Fee: 600 EUR / 400 EUR [students] / 250 [auditors]**

Administration Fee (for confirmed participants only): 20 EUR

Include the following attachments:

- A presentation document outlining your research (max. 2 pages, PDF document), and a CV.

- Optional: Audio, video, score, or portfolio samples relevant to your practice.

 

Please note: Openings are limited, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as they are received.

 

 

*scholarships available for 3 applicants. If you wish to be considered, state this in your application email.

 

**auditors are welcome to join all online seminars, take part in discussions, and attend the festival (festival pass included). Auditors do not present their own work and are not featured in the documented presentations.
